I've recently gone back to the love of my life, Singapore. Spent a whole month there doing work experience but of course was overjoyed to be surrounded by true Asian cuisine again. I will slowly but surely be adding more and more photos of food from my home to share with you all.

But first it was my Birthday at the end of April, and there truly was a food theme running through-out the day.

mini burgers?

I have been the worst food blogger ever.
I literally havent had the time.
I will be better!

We got this new book in the shop recently called "Whoopie Pies"
I really feel they are the up and coming cupcakes. They're not quite cookies, not quite cake but they do look like such a treat.
some of the recipes are pretty mental, e.g "JalapeƱo & Cornbread"! But I'd love to try some of the classic vanilla, peanut butter, chocolate ones.
They even have a red velvet recipe!

Only Americans could make dessert look like tiny burgers.

Late Merry Christmas.


Alrightey, I won't start with an introduction as this branches off my main blog, so hopefully you have some idea of who i am. Welcome to The greedy sister of Rhubarb-Owls, Teacups & Chopsticks. The name inspired by my half Asian half English roots. I am a huge foodie, and thank you to my mixed-race nationality it has given me the chance to experience a huge range of cultures and tastes. I will try update this as much as possible with recipes I've found or tried and tested or just some delicious photos to keep you entertained.
